How to Add Your Child

A child profile keeps practice information associated with the right person in your family. Use the first name or nickname your family normally uses; you do not need to enter a full legal name.

Steps

  1. Open the child setup. After signing in, continue to Who's practicing?
  2. Enter your child's name. A first name or nickname is enough.
  3. Confirm your authority. Turn on the parent or legal guardian confirmation, then select Add your child.
  4. Start independent practice. On Today, select Start practice to play something your child already knows. Practise for three minutes to save a session. Recording is optional. You can stop sooner without saving.

💡 Tip: To prepare while your child is away, select Set up for later and add a familiar piece. Use Help to find practice instructions or resume the setup checklist. Family access remains available from Family.

How to Switch Between Children

Each child has a separate profile, so their practice plan and history stay with them. Switch the active profile to see the right child's information before reviewing or changing it.
