How to Export Your Studio Data

The studio record is a spreadsheet file (CSV) with your students, lessons, and payment periods. Downloading it gives you a local copy while leaving your studio account open.

Steps

  1. Open Settings. Find Close Studio under General.
  2. Open the account page. Select Close your studio and delete your account.
  3. Find Keep a copy. Review what the studio record contains.
  4. Download the export. Select Download studio record (CSV).

ℹ️ Note: Opening Close your studio and delete your account does not delete the account. The export is under Keep a copy on the next page.

💡 Tip: Download a fresh copy before major roster or term changes so your local record reflects the current studio.
