How to Configure Your Studio

Your studio profile supplies the name, photo, and timezone used across your workspace. Setting these details first helps your studio information and scheduled lesson times display consistently.

Steps

  1. Open Settings. Select your profile at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Add your photo. Under Profile Photo, choose browse to upload, select an image, then select Upload photo.
  3. Save your names. Enter Your name and Studio name, then select Save general settings.
  4. Set your timezone. Choose Select timezone, then select Save timezone.

💡 Tip: Set the timezone before scheduling lessons so every calendar time uses your studio's local time.
