How to Find a Student Quickly

The Students roster can be narrowed by name and connection status, which is useful as your roster grows or when you are checking pending connections. Open a result to reach that student's profile and teaching information.

Steps

1. Open Students. Find the Search students… field above the roster.
2. Search by name. Enter part of the student's name.
3. Narrow the status. Change All statuses to Active or Pending when needed.
4. Open the match. Select the student row, then select Profile.

If something goes wrong

No result? Clear the search or switch back to All statuses before trying the name again.

💡 Tip: Combine a partial name with Pending to find connection requests quickly between lessons.
