How to Approve a Studio Request

A studio request is a family's request to join your studio using its studio code. Review the submitted details before approving, since approval adds the student to your roster.

Steps

  1. Open Students. Find the row marked Wants to join.
  2. Open the request. Select Review this request.
  3. Check the details. Review the student's name, parent's name and email, and any message.
  4. Approve the request. Select Approve to enroll the student.

💡 Tip: Set the roster filter to Pending between lessons to collect every request needing a decision.
