How to Cancel a Lesson

Cancelling changes a scheduled lesson's status while keeping its record in your studio. Use it when the planned lesson will not take place, so it no longer appears as an upcoming appointment.

Before you begin

The lesson must already be on your studio calendar.

Steps

  1. Open Schedule. Find the lesson you need to cancel.
  2. Open the lesson. Select its calendar card to show Edit lesson.
  3. Cancel the lesson. Select Cancel lesson.

💡 Tip: Open a cancelled lesson and select Restore lesson if the original time becomes available again.
