How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion permanently removes your account and its practice data. Read the confirmation carefully: a child with another parent keeps their profile, and a teacher may retain their own lesson records without the child's name.

Before you begin

Cancel any App Store subscription separately in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting your EtudeSpark account does not cancel it.

Steps

1. Open Settings. In Family, select the settings button, then Delete account under Danger zone.
2. Confirm your identity. Select Continue and complete device authentication to open the deletion details.
3. Review the consequences. Enter your password if requested and turn on the acknowledgement of permanent deletion.
4. Delete the account. Select Delete my account. If you use Sign in with Apple, complete the Apple sign-in sheet that follows.

⚠️ Warning: This cannot be undone. Use Cancel to leave before confirming deletion.
